No.
You committed the violation. You are personally responsible.
And if you gave the salvage company a good deal, that's up to you. It has absolutely nothing to do with your having committed a violation while the car was owned by you.

The car was still in your name when YOU got the tickets. Someone else purchasing the car does not change that fact. Pay the ticket or risk going to jail on a warrant. Or do you really think that the police don't have your address?? Besides do you realize how much interest your ticket will keep accumulating the longer you piss around in not paying it??
It's because of people like you and your thinking that there are societal leeches.

Did the new owner park the car ? if you shot a man and he died and you sold the weapon is he the one that is going to jail ? now don't you think that question is stupid ? You parked the car...not the new owner. Tell you what. go to court tell them this stupid question and then write back after you get out of lock up. If you bought a car that had a bad accident last week and someone died does that mean you go to jail because you now own the car. If you robbed a lady and took her money and gave it to a friend is he the one that goes to jail ? I really hope that you are 17 years old. if your an adult your really stupid. I had a accident last week, how about i tell them you know about it and you can pay for the other guys car

Absolutely not.
If you owned the car at that time, you are responsible for paying that ticket, technically, even if you were not the person who parked the car in that spot. It is, or was, technically owned by you, and if there is a ticket issued, to the car itself, it is the responsibility of the car's owner to pay that ticket, or get reimbursed by the person who was driving their car at that time.

Here you have to pay all your tickets and fines before you can get plates or renew your license. I hope you did not leave your plates on the car.
