Use Microsoft word or your particular program,

Microsoft office has some really nice templates for writing letters and such.

you have to have a printer set up to print copies.
OR
you can email from word, and not worry about the physical copy.

Many colleges and tech schools offer classes for learning these types of things for retirees, and other homemakers.

Good luck

Click start, then go to all programs, then to accessories, then click on notepad. This is the most basic of all Word Processing programs. You can type anything here and use the file, format and help options to familiarise yourself with this type of program. You may also have Microsoft Word on you start, all programs list if u do have it, use it. it is much easier to use. CTRL + P keys for quick printing
