how can i get administrators's password from the restricted user?

You don't. Only the technical support staff should use the administrator's password. Speak to your IT Department.

one thing you can do is hacked in to their password and change its to something you would like ........ BUT you have to have an administrator account yourself ...... To leanr how to change their passowrd go to site .... this will only work if YOU ARRE AN ADMINISTRATOR ....... This is the link :
