Training ideas needed?

I have sometime to spare right now, I want to get some training, like IT or real estate license... If you have any advice which should I take that'll help me in the long run please do tell. thanks guys.

I just want to be independent and making enough money. is there anything else beside those 2 that I can consider? thanks.

The real estate market is volatile, and alot depends on how much you enjoy selling. Information technology is a very large and growing field, and very much in demand, and you won't be required to 'sell' to anyone. Up to you, really, whether you feel more like a "sales" person or a "computer" person.
