with a ruler what is the proper way. Also how do you measure the girth?

"With a rigid ruler handy, get a full erection. Lay the ruler along the top of your penis, and press the end of the ruler firmly against your body (where the pubic hair is). Hold your penis against the ruler with your hand, straighten out as much as possible any curvature that may exist, and try to hold your penis so that it's sticking straight out from your body. Then determine the ruler reading at the very end of your penis."

(all this is done in the erect state) length, you measure on the top of the penis, not sides or bottom (they give you up to .5" more) dont push into your body (dont cheat your self), unless the 1' dosent start until a little later on the ruler (this is why its better to use a measuring tape) and do it at least 3 times so that you can get an average, and for girth, take a string and rape it to the girth around of your penis, then measure the length, hope your happy with the results, a lot of guys get shocked when the find out there not 7" or 6" but more like 5.5" so be aware, that results may not be perfect, but they will be right.

2-measure on the top!- no cheating
3-just wrap a piece of string around the fattest part and then measure the string....girth is what it's worth!

I suppose if you know of a female who sews, you could borrow her measuring tape. I do not believe I would mention why I was borrowing it. *blushes* That would wrap around and give you an exact measurement.
