It catches me out every day. I check my e-mails and then just click on answers for a quick look, and then waste about half an hour reading the question etc. Really must get a life!!

it has totally taken over my life, the house is dirty, the dishes need cleaning, my cats need feeding, i dont get but 3 hours sleep a day, god i am addicted.
