No offense to any other good guards, but no competition. It's Acie Law, captain Clutch! He's made some shots where i just whispered to myself," no way..." I mean seriously, shooting OVER Kevin Durant to send it into overtime. But oh no, it doesn't stop there, he does it again! He sends it to second OT with 26 seconds left. It's amzing what he does and how he keeps a level head. First round pick, easy.
P.S. I know this is a question on an answer, but was adam morrison a guard?

None J.R. Reynolds from Virginia all but outscored Albany in the first round and is (along with Singletery) the heart and soul of that team without him they would have no chance against Tennessee
