The girl is separate from his husband but now pregnant form its present boyfriend and now planing to get a marriage contract and your all invited. Is it legal?

Ok let me get this straight...She has been spearated (not divorced) four seven months...she is pregnant from her husband's boyfriend? And they are planning to get married? First of all here in the U.S. a seperation is NOT a disillunsioment of marriage. She is STILL legally married to her husband whether she is pregnant by HIS boyfriend or not. (sounds like a soap opera plot), that means that she committed adultery because she is still married and here in the U.S. without a divorce decree she can not legally marry anyone else. not even if it's her husband's boyfriend who helped her get pregnant.

No it is not legal until her divorce is final. Once the divorce is final she is free to remarry if she wants to. Is this his boyfriend or her new boyfriend if i may ask?

NO. She must be legally divorced not just separated.
