No, there are treatments that can help with the symptoms and help the autistic person to function in society but there isn't a cure.

There is no cure, but with intervention, most people with autism, can lead a fulfilling life.
I really suggest seeing a movie made bout autism called Miracle Run, it is amazing.

No. They can detect most types of it while the child is still in the womb to give the parents the choice on whether or not to keep the child; but that's as far as they are with curing autism.

I used to work with autistic people, and although there is no cure, there have been great advancements in new therapy techniques , at least thats what studies have shown.

sadly no,but w/ the help of therapists,teachers and good parents,they can learn to do things for themselves.Just depends on their level of autism.
