No of course not. Adobe was too time consuming to make, the first airplanes were made of horse dung(also much cheaper than adobe).

To the best of my knowledge, Adobe is a natural building material composed of sand, sandy clay and straw or other organic materials, which is shaped into bricks using wooden frames and dried in the sun.
I'd lean more towards using bamboo and canvas for light aircraft design, myself.
