is it just a regular training bra or a padded one?

Could be either, the size has nothing to do with the style. It is very small in size. The 30 represents the band size of the bra, the average woman is around a 34" so this is quite small, most bras begin at 32. An A cup would mean that your breasts stick out an inch total(combined) from your chest, a AA or AAA would be less than an inch. Some light padding might add a little dimension to your chest, but don't go overboard or you'll look ridiculous because a 30 band size indicates that you are quite petite. Good luck!

Yes, it is a training bra. Usually the circumference over the bust would be 30 inches or just over.

I think it is a regular training bra, pads optional.

The rib cage measures 30 inches around.

The cup - AAA - is very small and could be padded. When you look at it you can tell, it's thicker and chances are there's details on the price tag label.

i agree. I'm not even sure they make bras this small. it would definitely be a training bra, if it had cups at all. 30 is the measurement around the rib cage, 28 is usually the smallest but even AA are pretty small. If you've just hit puberty then you'd probably be AAA. Sorry if you're grown =/

Certainly a bra for someone who doesn't need a bra. Just a nipple cover. In most instances it'll be molded or heavily padded to create the appearance of breasts (which in reality aren't there at all).

Im pretty sure if you are this size then you don't really need a bra and its probably just a training bra.

Didn't know there was size 30AAA. Is that a training bra?

It will probably be a training bra since a AAA would be too small to fill a padded cup.
