homemade kits for paragliding?

would like to start ahobby in paragliding and need to know the cheapest option on making a paraglider

Hmmmm, a home made paraglider, perhaps you should just jump! It would be the cheapest option! The only sensuble thing to do is join a paragliding club and ask them!
