Since I have GAINED weight since I had my 2 month old I decided this week to join and gym and get serious about losing it. Unfortunatly, since I started, she seems to be eating more and more. Like every hour or two during the day. At night she goes to bed around 10pm and sleeps until about 5 or 6am without needing to be fed. She has been sleeping through the night for weeks. I USED to pump about 4-6 ounces in the morning after she ate because she would go back to sleep for about 3-4 hours and that was when my milk production was the highest. Last night, I pumped and only got about an ounce and a half out of each side. Granted, I haven't been pumping that much lately. But, is my working out causing my milk production to decrease? Or is the sleeping through the nights causing it to decrease? I am concerned because today (the first time I haven't worked out since Monday), she was hungry ALL day. I fed her and then an hour later she was crying and sucking on her hands,

...so I fed her again for about 15 minutes. SHe fell asleep and when I picked her up to burp her she started crying and sucking on her hands,,,so I fed her for 15 minutes or so on the other side. About an hour later, still no sleep all evening for her and she is crying and sucking on her hands...she then ate about 50 minutes!! 25 per side and she is STILL acting hungry! I don't know what to do! She will NOT take the bottle...

Breastfeeding is based on supply and demand. The baby will demand it and your body will supply it :D
Babies go through several growth spurts during thier first year of life. Basically this is when your baby will seem hungry ALL THE TIME! The answer to this problem is to feed the baby anytime he/she is hungry. IT will regulate out. The easiest way to determine if your baby is getting enough breastmilk is to watch how many wet and poop diapers they are having. Look for 6-8 wets and 2-5 poops in a younger baby. After the age 6 weeks a poop every few days is good.

Yes a baby sleeping through the night will make your milk supply go down.
We actually produce richer milk (more too) at night when our prolactin homones are higher (because we are relaxed).

There are studies out that actually show that mothers who exercise produce more milk too. So please dont let that worry you unless you are exercising to extremes.

And also please don't let the amount of milk you produce during a pumping session worry you. This varies alot from woman to woman and from one day to the next in the same woman.

Just relax and maybe attend a La Leche League Meeting and meet other nursing mothers. It is so nice to meet other mothers "that have been there done that".

Drink a beer!! I heard very good things about just having a couple sips of beer. hour or so later women say their full of milk. It's worth a shot. I plan on breast feeding my third child and if my milk goes low I am trying the beer!!
