Reactions to medication always depend on the person to a certain extent. It is just a question of probabilities. Even the safest medicines, including herbs, can cause negative reactions and side effects in a certain percentage of the population.
However, it is quite common for blood pressure medications to cause sexual difficulties in men, and some times in women too.
Cold remedies can as well.
Interestingly most of the current potency enhancing medications were originally designed for treating other medical problems and what they are used for now is for the side effects of the original medication.
The good news is it will go away and that you can counter act it with things that improve circulation such as exercise or the herb Ginko and some others.
