I want to get a chair that will be comfortable for reading. I want to place this upstairs in my bedroom so the chair can't be very big and heavy. I can't stand reading at my computer desk when I am reading for fun and I don't always want to read on my bed. What do you think I should do? I am kinda thinking about one of the glider rocker chairs but I am not sure.

I would definately recommend a papsan chair (the big round chairs with a big pillow). I think they are really comfortable. You can get them at a lot of places but the one I had came from Pier One and it only cost around $100. It is very easy to carry and move and I think they look nice too. Good luck!

Gliders tend to be fairley narrow, I would recommended a lazy-boy, one that reclines. If you are into reading, you are also into comfort. A lazy-boy can be carried up by only two people.

I'd say comfort is most important.

Get yourself a nice beanbag chair and place it in one of the corners in your room.

Problem solved.

one of the old wooden moon chairs. they were made of wicker or wood or something i dunno. those are great to relax in and read a good book. i like reading on my bed too. laying on my side, propping my head on my hand putting the book in front of me.
