I want my own business, because I don't have any income right now are spa parties good and how do I get information on how to get into that kind of business. Is it like Avon, Pampered Cheif and Mary Kay?

I am a District Manager with Arbonne International and absolutely love the products and business opportunity. I was able to start my business for only $29. As a consultant, you can either make 35% off of retail sales (at the time of the sale) or a percentage off of wholesale orders (percentage increases with different levels of management).

Arbonne has over 350 consumable, proprietary products in 6 key consumer market including skin care, body care, weight loss, nutrition, aromatherapy, and cosmetics. People are really starting to take better care of themselves. They want to live longer, healthier lives so the health and wellness industry is a great place to be.

All of their products are formulated in Switzerland and made in the US so they're unlike any others on the market. They're made with natural botanicals, pure, safe, beneficial, hypoallergenic, pH correct, dermatologist tested, and formulated without alcohol, wax, dyes, chemicals, fragrances, acetone, and mineral oil. The products are revolutionary and result oriented. People love them and Arbonne is booming with over 111% growth every year since 2002 with 164% growth in 2005 over 2004. We more then surpassed that half way through 2006.

Arbonne is stable with over 27 years experience and a leader is the industry, debt free with a low start up cost of $29, no inventory, no sales requirements, no territory to limit growth, free online ordering and toll free ordering with direct shipping to consumers, free online training, committed leadership, Mercedes Benz car program, and the most generous compensation plan in the industry.

We build relationships, share premium proprietary products (either through group or one on one presenations), and offer an opportunity for others to not only look and feel great about themselves, but also to change their lives. If you're interested in learning more, I'll be happy to help you.

Hi I sell Mary Kay and I would be happy to answer any questions. I can tell you we are one of the highest paying direct sales companies. you get 50% half of what you sell. I do believe pampered chef only makes 20%. I like the product but as a business i don't see the profitability with reorders and having to lug lots of stuff around.
Avon is different type of sales. My Mary Kay direct sold Avon for years before doing Mary Kay. Do lots of research on what is important to you before making any decision and email me if you want more facts about Mary Kay. Oh and just in case you hear you need inventory please no it is not required as some people might have you believe.
Good Luck.

Sure it is a good biz. Find a unique product line that gives you an exclusive so you have a niche line. Then a great way to get it running is make an agreement with a person with a lot of contacts to be the host at her house. Then you give samples and demos. And when ppl buy your host receives free products and or a % of the sales. Make sure ppl have a way to get back in touch w/ you- biz cards, labels on products etc. And you must take credit cards.

My friend is a dealer and the products are wonderful. She gave me the whole spa package for Christmas and the Cupid set for my birthday and it's just wonderful. The women I know who are selling all have day time jobs though. Kim is not pushing to have parties just selling the stuff if you want it and I do. I have no interest in it in any way other than loving the stuff. Good Luck and God Bless

I assume you are taking about getting people to become customers of a given spa, and that you are marketing it, as oppsosed to owing it. sounds like a lot of work, and you are going to need some well heeled friends who can help you find potential clients that can afford the services that your are selling.
