Good to see that you worked it out, now how bout saving us a little trouble and rewrite the numbers in order so we can work it out and see if we get the same thing....
I got 25.
Check your work, one of us is wrong.

Rather than giving you the answer, double check the method. It's the method thats important to grasp.

Array the numbers high to low, all 24 numbers. Cut the list into quarters, that is, divide the count of the numbers (also by 4. That will give you 6 numbers in each quartile.
Calculate the mean. Take the top quartile of 6 numbers and add them up. Divide the total by 6 . Do the same for the bottom quartile. Subjtract the two answers -- that is the difference between the two means.
