If you don't want to be around Children I'd say stay away from Atlantis at http://atlantis.com or Breezes

I would suggest maybe a smaller hotel like RIU http://www.riubahamas.com/ or smaller yet El Greco http://www.bahamas.com/bahamas/island/accdetail.aspx?accid=56212§ionid=6849 Which is much smaller like 15 rooms or so, butits near the hot spots for young Tourists and spring breakers. Its nearby downtown and the centrally located night clubs.

For activities, besides the night clubs I'd suggest day trips to near by islands like Exuma http://www.powerboatadventures.com/ and Harbour Island http://www.bahamasferries.com/
