i found this rock in the middle of the woods there were a few of them there actually the outside of the rock is smooth textured and its a whitish cream color and the rock was split in half and on the inside was the cram color with little crystal looking things embedded in the rock about a few cm big and they were a goldish mustard color. Does anyone know what type of rock this is? i don't have the rock anymore it's been a few years since i found it so i dont have a picture but if you show me a picture i can tell you if its the rock or not

If you are in Missouri or Tenn I would say they were quartz geodes. Orange color is iron staining. Common in those areas.
