I have all of those symptoms when I start my period if I don't take birth control. The brown bleeding is just old blood ( it turns brown). I drink chamomile tea and take an ibuprofen (don't know if you can take that if you're trying to get pregnant) and a hot bottle wrapped in a towel that goes on my pelvic area. You can substitute the ib for some tylenol extra strength. That should hold you over til you get to see the dr.

Bleeding (if it doesn't stop) and horrible cramping doesn't sound good especially if you may think you are pregnant. I would get checked out by your doctor he could tell you more.

Good Luck!

First, ask your doctor. If you don't get a reasonable explanation, seek a new doctor!!!!

I don't know about the hormones you're on, but I have some brown bleeding at the beginning of every period, and my doc says it's normal. It's just because I have such a heavy flow.

Doesn't sound too good... honestly it sounds like a miscarriage, could be wrong though.... call a doctor asap and find out if you should be having these side affects

Stop the medication, look up the side effects of it, and call your doctor.
