Ok I have Blue/Grey eyes and like reeeeaaaally pale skin. I also have natural platinum blonde highlights over like light golden blonde hair.
1. Ok, well what color eye shadow would look best on me?

2. Also how far do you like put on eyeshadow? Up to your eyebrow, or to the end of the lid? If it's the end of the lid crease thingy how can someone see the eyeshadow normally if you can only blink to see it?

3. How do you apply the little line of eyeshadow under your eyelid, the one that kinda highlights the begining and end of your eyes horizantily and vertically?

4. When applying eyeshadow do you like make it look fainter as you go up?

5. Should I use creamy or powdery eyeshadow?

By the way I don't like eyeliner, mascara's ok but not eyeliner so that isn't a good option.

This might help, I'm often refered to as albino which I'm NOT!

I have soooooo many questions so give me aaaaaaall of your answers/advice please.

1. I would imagine light blue eyeshadow would look nice, perhaps pale pinks and purples depending on what you are wearing.
2. Past that crease.... with slightly darker shadow in the crease. I also like to highlight the brow area with something whitesish and a bit sparkly.
3. Use a cotton bud and dab it on lightly, dust it off if you arent happy with how it looks.... keep practising until you get it how you like it.
4. Medium shadow on and above the crease, darker in the crease and lighter on top....or just stick to the medium and darker.
5. I prefer powdery eyeshadows, creamy ones melt in heat.

I think the major mistake blonde women make is using black mascara and eye liner..... black mascara should only be allowed to be sold to Asian women, nobody else needs it especially a blonde. Dont be afraid to expriment with a light brown pencil eyeliner.... dots of it innstead of a thick line and it will bring your eyes out nicely.

I am the same way except I have blue eyes. I find that a light blue eyeshadow looks best on me. If you don't want to overdo your makeup, only put the eyeshadow to the top of your eyelid. If you want to make it stand out, take a lighter color, like white, and take that up to your eyebrow. Blend it in with the blue on your eyelid. Only apply a light coat of the white. To make it fade out just gently lift your hand more and more off your eye. I use powdery eyeshadow. Creamy eyeshadow makes my eyes feel heavy. I'm not sure how to put eyeshadow under your eyelid, I use eyeliner. I hope this helps!

Sounds to me like you are new to wearing make up. It is very hard to describe to someone over the computer how you are to put it on so my advise to you is either go to a beauty school in your area and they will teach you what would look best and instruct you on how to put it on for hardly any money or you could contact a Mary Kay representative in your area and they will also give you a make-over or you could also go to a Yonkers make up counter and they can give you some tips also. Just look at some pictures in magazines and try to create a look you like.

1.) I like black eyeshadow the most.
2.) Close to your eyebrow sounds about right.
3.) Be very steady, and careful.
4.) I like it as dark up as it is down.
5.) Creamy.
