Olley Olley Oxenfree was a popular thing to shout out in kids games when the seeker finished counting to 100 and began looking for the hiders in hide in seek. It may not be the proper saying as when it was first initiated but that is the way it is pronounced now since it's only been used by kids who never knew what they were saying to begin with.

98, 99, 100....olley olley oxenfree [and then begin lookingfor the others in the game]

I can't tell you when it originated, but it lost favor around the early 1960's and 1970's in America.
