I was born on Dec. 22, the day that Capricorn starts, but some sources say Dec. 23rd is the day that Capricorn starts. Which one? And is anyone else on the cusp?

You are a little bit of both. My sister was born on the cusp of Aquarius and Pieces (February 19) and I found this book that said that people born on the cusp are a mix of both signs.
