I wanna know because I wanna get a my nose and eyebrow pierced,and oh...how should i know if the store im getting it pierced at is a good and hygienic place.

YES! I had my eyebrow peirced 8 years ago, and the old hole is still highly visible! I regret ever having it done.

The mark from a nose piercing is usually unnoticable unless you're looking very closely. Sometimes it looks like a tiny freckle. I've known people to get scarring after taking out an eyebrow piercing that didn't look too attractive. And check online for reviews of the store.

The answer is yes..and no. I had my eyebrow pierced on a whim by a friend who worked in a studio. I wore it for a few months and then decided it wasn't for me. It did leave a small scar where the piercing was, but it is barely visible, and depending on the length of your eyelashes ,eyebrows, etc.., can't be seen by anyone not looking for it.
As for as knowing where to go, you should make sure the place you choose is licensed and make sure they have passed a recent health inspection (they should have these things posted in obvious places). Other than that, to be extra extra cautious, ask about their sterilization practices. If they all sound up to par....go for it!!

yes with any piercing there is going to be a hole. matter of fact almost a year ago i had took out my belly ring and i still have the scar. i don't know if there will always be a scar for every one. but when someone gets their ears pierced there is always a hole

YES!! even if you cover it up with makeup. You would have to get some sort of scar healing cream to put over it as soon as you take it out to get rid of the major hole. I use to do that to my nose ring and when I took it out there wasn't an indentation mark anymore it was more flat.

Don't know about eyebrows, but I have a nose piercing and you can see the hole when I take it out. Its pretty small, though, and I don't know why I ever would take it out, so it really doesn't bother me.

Yes, it's obvious. it also leaves a scar after it heals up. I would use common sense about hygiene. Look up the name of the company on better business bureau.

Yes and it's not really that cute. If you are considering it.. think long and hard about how it's going to look to have a hole in your nose when you go on job interviews in years to come! Not too cute!!

Yes, you'll always have a little mark, though I have to point it out to people or they won't even notice mine. If it gets infected or if you go to a non-professional, the scarring is be much worse and be very noticeable. I definitely recommend going to a professional piercer who autoclaves/uses hollow needles. Guns are a no-no. http://www.namaii.com/suck/

i had my nose pierced a coupla times and i took them out and i dont have hole or scar. i think it depends on how long its been pierced for and what you stick in the piercing.
