Splash Mountain is not a roller coaster, it is a water ride. But The Hulk and other roller coasters can be found by searching this site:
http://rcdb.com/ - if the information is available on the coaster, that site will have it all.
For Splash Mountain and water rides, try the park's official website.
You can also try Wikipedia... but be warned that the information is not always accurate.

^she's got the best answer. Best roller coaster facts are found at rcdb. I wouldnt trust wikipedia's info all the time, however, it's the only other site where u can find that sort of info for a ride that isnt a coaster. besides, it won't be totally unaccurate. A 53ft. drop on Splash Mountain sounds about right since it always seemed just a tad bit taller than other flume drops (the average log flume has a drop of 40ft.)

For The Hulk, the drop is 105 ft: http://rcdb.com/id557.htm
For Splash Mountain, the drop is (about) 52 ft for both Disneyland's and Disney World's. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Splash_Mountain#Disneyland

Most amusement parks will have ride stats listed on their web pages, but I personally like www.coaster-net.com. They've got a lot of great info there.
