I believe its an innate ability for us to speculate that... or to have such insight without there being proof... How else are things proven fact over time?
We have to turn away from our senses and ask those kinds of questions. So, yes... I think it would be common sense to come to that realization and then time and new discoveries will surprise us.

dimensional universes are conceptual and are yet to be proven, perception of these so called universes would not be possible, u could speculate as much as u want whether these so called life forms exists, for me i don't care

The point is, if it is a parallel universe that we cannot interface with, then it might as well not be there and we won't know about it.
So, why is it even conjectured that it could exist?
We have NOTHING to suggest that alternate dimension universe could exist, so why bring it up in the first place?
