Simply NO

You could try, but you will find it very difficult to inflate.

In the 70's when the 16.5" truck tire was introduced, many tire technicians wore a 16.5 tire when they tried to mount them on a 16" wheel. Not pretty.

Tire sizes have to match the wheel diameter as well as wheel width.

That tire will not install on a 14 inch rim.

The last 2 digits of the tire size are the required rim size.

Any tire size ending in "14" will fit a 14 inch rim.

The P185/65R/15 ends in "15" and is for a 15 inch rim.

Seems to me that some people don't check the previously asked questions before submitting their own (repeat) questions! Naturally the 15 inch tire will not mount on a 14 inch rim. The same goes for other sizes that end in 12, 16, 17, 18, 20, 22 and 24. They have to match the rim sizes!

If your wheels are 14" then you have to mount 14" tires. A tire shop won't even allow that type of tire to be mounted on a wheel that's not the correct size.
