i cant remember the name of that show that used to be on toonami back in like 1999 it was a sorta computer animated show with like green people and the bad guy i guess was like freezing people or somethin, i thought it was called robotech but i dont know.....

I'm not quite sure if this is it, but there was a show called "Reboot" about people living inside of a computer and protecting it from viruses and stuff. Some of them were green...
