I don't actually know of any specific schools to learn plumbing, but the local county vocational-technical school may have one. Some of those trades such as plumbing or welding have unions that will train a person as an apprentice though it may be pretty competitive to get accepted as an apprentice. It may take a lot longer than a typical year program or so, but it can be well worth it to be able to get the benefits of a union worker. Just a thought, but most vo-tech schools do seem to have programs to learn plumbing. Good luck!
