Netgear Wireless Router (WPN824NA) is a pretty good wireless router. I bought mine a year ago from Circuitcity, I have never had a problem since. There are no "dropped spots" I go outside with my wireless laptop and the speed stays the same throughout. The setup is fairly easy as well. Oh and it never intereferes with any other frequency such as phones and cellular devices. It maybe too pricey. I hope this helps

I personally use linksys. But its probably more a matter of personal preference and what you want the router to accomplish.
