Yes, that was during the storyline where Test was supposed to marry Stephanie and HHH ruined the wedding and tricked Stephanie into marrying him... it wasn't a good storyline at all.

Yes believe it or not before DX got back together Triple H was the #1 heel in the wwe. Though their were a few occasions when he was a face ex: when he returned from his injury and beat Y2J

well at that time HHH was a heal, he was a bad guy and vince was a good guy, i know it is a hard thing to wrap your head around but it was the story line at the time. people now understand staphanie and HHH are in fact married and now have a little baby in their family. at the time every one thought that it was just story line BS, but in fact stephanie is HHH one and only wife. and one day mr HHH will be the chairman of the board.
