I have my cylces regularly, but sometimes I feel nauseated, have headaches and go to the bathroom more than often, my stomach also feels harder. How would I know if i was pregnant if I keep havin my cycles, since you can still have your periods while pregnant. As a matter of fact we didn't know my sister was pregnant until she was 5 months because her cycles kept coming. Blood tests won't dtect the hormones if you keep havin periods right?

Like everyone else has said ...take a pregnancy test. First a HPT and if you don't get the results you are looking for and pregnancy symptoms still occur then go to the doctor and take a blood test.

You should have taken a test by now so if you are pregnant you can get the proper prenatal care that you and your baby needs. Also just logically speaking if your sister was having periods (well not periods b/c she was pregnant, but bleeding the same time of the month as if she was having a AF) it might be something that happens to the women in your family when they concieve... maybe just a thought though- Best Wishes!

If you've had unprotected sex, it is indeed possible. Pregnancy tests should still detect the hormones if you're pregnant and spotting. My mother bled for the first 5 months, but found out she was pregnant after an internal exam.

If you're in doubt, I would go to the doctor to get it checked out. A simple blood test will let you know either way and you don't have to wonder anymore.

If you are pregnant and have a blood test it would tell you for sure if you were pregnant since the pregnancy hormone has to double quite often into to support pregnancy (that is if you were far enough along). If you are having regular periods you most likely aren't pregnant since having your period while pregnant is extremely rare but they do happen. I would get checked by your doctor.

The blood test or a physical exam would tell for sure. (or a sonogram) You already know that women can still have periods during pregnancy, and since it may run in your family, go get the tests! I had 2 pregnancies with periods, and both were normal pregnancies.

you should still be able to tell from a blood test or urine test if you are pregnant.
