Twins have a higher risk of coming early. I would take leave within the next couple of weeks so that you can rest with your feet up and give those babies as long as you can. If your job is largely sedentary, maybe give it a bit but talk with your doc about giving you a good note to stay off your feet and sit COMFORTABLY with your feet up while you work.

Hi there, no doubt by now you are feeling rather uncomfortable! I wasn't working out of the home when I was expecting twins, but I know it got to the point where it was hard to stand, sit or do much at all for too long at a time. I would also talk to you OB, mine let me know when to slow down, and of course with carrying twins your risk of complications increases (like pre-eclampsia) so if your blood pressure gets a little elevated they may ask you to take your leave, so I guess what I'm saying is that when you feel you need to.. do it! you are going to need the rest before the little ones arrive, and congratulations :)

If I were u I would take off at 32 weeks. Women carrying twins and multiples usually go into full labor by 34-35 weeks. U need to place yourself on bedrest after 32 weeks so u can keep those babies in there as long as u possible can...Good Luck!!

When you feel that you need it. If you can work right up until you're due, then go for it...you'll have more money for after the babies are born. You don't need to take leave before they're born. Since you probably only have 3 months you may want to save it as long as possible. Unless of course your doctor tells you that you need to be on bed rest. Then you go on leave at that point.

I would talk with your doctor first and then its really up to you and your body. I left work at 331/2 weeks and on my second day off I went into labor. My twins were born at 34 weeks which was ok. My doctor told me twins come anywhere between 34-38 weeks. Your Body will definitly tell you when to stop.

Bonding time would not be mandatory interior the case you defined. whether, the termination could be a scientific technique and the affected person ought to be waiting to take off time for that. A worrying business business enterprise additionally should contemplate time for grief, for the reason that that lady lost a baby, one i assume she could have favourite to have been born healthful and chuffed. i'm not sure concerning to the legalities in touch right here, inspite of the indisputable fact that. It depends on the policy where you work at, what kind of work you do, and what your doctor says for you to do.

Your doctor is in charge of whether or not you even think of working.

Generally, you'll need to have some time off after you give birth, so if you take it too soon, you'll cut your self short of much needed time after giving birth.
