no offence if this somehow offends you, but really, alot of people are wearing eyeliner, black nail polish, have hair in their face...ect. (but don't listen to emoish music, and freaks when they see a real 'emos')
Even my friend that listens to country and is all so girly now has hair in her face, and is starting to wear black little by little...
its like the new sad fashion.

Yeah... I guess "emo" is now becoming a category in fashion. It's strange... maybe it just depends on a lot of people...how they view their life...or I don't know: peer pressure?
I know that black nail polish is a fashion nowadays..but I'm sure you're talking about seriously black everywhere. And what does it mean to have hear in your face? Is that like when your hair covers half of your face?

k I'm not emo i didn't even know what that was till like a week ago (i had no friends before i was home schooled)but I've had my hair in my face and eyeliner and all that's stuff since i was 11 i had a sucky life but its a little better now and i still wear it but its just cause its a habit but i understand what your saying (i go to regular school now)

IM not emo or gothic, but my best friend is. Im really i mean REALLY girly. but my bff, wears black all the time, has black nails,eyeline, and jewelry. Our school , Skyline (Dallas, Tx), has a section were emo, gothic, or punk people hang around. Im so scared to pass by there cause they are really weird. they are always sad, well except my bff, she is always screaming and jumping around forever. You are right, emo is a sad fashion.

who knows i guess its the style now in days lol
im kind of emo or gothic or whatever you want to call me but i have noticed some people acting a little scared around us. its not like we're going to hurt you, we're actually really nice people that like to have fun and we have no limits :)
you can say we're crazy and wild. and get into trouble a lot lol

people call me emo all the time andI hate it when some preppy freak starts wearing black fingernail polish and make-up!

Maybe they don't know any other way to express their feelings. I think it's kinda creepy myself, I always think have a good cry, talk it out with someone and get on with life. Life really isn't that bad, and if they think it is than they should be looking for help.
