I bought my laptop around 2 months ago. When I open or close my screen (up and down) the place where it is joined to the computer itself cracks really loud and its kind hard to open. Is there a way to fix it and should I bring to my retail store (Where I have a service plan)

Thanks a million!

Take it back yesterday. Don't accept an offer to have it fixed, insist on a new one. Stand your ground. You are on good legal grounds. An article must be fit for a certain time for the purpose it was manufactured irrespective of warranty.

bring it to the store. if you have a service plan, then it should be free to fix it, hopefully they can fix it in store, but you may have to leave it overnight or for a few hours. good luck!

I would take the laptop back and have the store repair.
