On average, men masturbate much more than women. But when we take everyone in, at both extremes, I think the numbers about even out. Male masturbation, of course, is more widely known and talked about, but women masturbate quite often and regularly. It's just more hidden and less talked about.

Just think that men think of sex on average every 11 seconds. Whereas women think about sex on average once a day.

Masturbation has to fall in about the same ratio.

Men do. Women have the same sex drive as men, but it doesn't come as often as men's. This is because women are dependant on the menstral cycle (i.e. the period cycle), whereas men aren't. Usually, women feel sexual closer to their period and not during or right after their period. There are some girls who feel sexual DURING their period, but they are a very small minority.

Probably men. Although women do it surprisingly often, I think most of them just think it's inappropriate and are uncomfortable talking about it.
