To look at my back..I looked in the mirror.. and these are long deep claw marks..(or so it seems)..No springs sticking out of the bed..and my nails could never do this..I have thought of all these ..

Strange..but not so strange. Sometimes our subconscious level of mind arise when we sleep. The night before you may have seen something related to scratching or heard of it. So, when you woke up, you found this out. It is possible that when you see a football match & sleep, the person sleeping with you may get in and out.

And 1 more thing can happen, there may be some soul (disturbed) who did this.. Souls exist and when they are not suitable for being taken to hell or heaven, they stay in earth. Constantly roaming around. A person who has died in this way could have done it. It is impossible to tell what disturbed souls can do. They can take their revenge on any people and people like psychiatrists when consider that souls do not exist, then they're doing a mistake. Souls may take their revenge on them.

The scratch on your back is done by a bad spirit...I think. Because if you had seen or heard something related to scratching...or you had this tick (bad habit) of scratching, you will not scratch yourself so hard.

Maybe you should check the past of where you are living. There could be something there that you are not aware of. And okay I don't believe in Freddy Kruger or anything. But people have woke up from dreams where something was attacking them and when they woke the damages were as real as the dream seemed. When I go to bed at night I think of something in my head I choose to dream of and say it three times while I in vision the image of what that it. It's works like a charm every time. Try to dream of something very peaceful and go to that place in your dream. Good Luck!

really strange and weird also,i found some information
that might help you in finding the reason for this,if there's a reason or explanation at all,try to put a video camera while you sleep,so you can check it out, when you wake-up,just to see anything out of the ordinary, just in case, you never know...

How did you manage to see your back in the first place?

Here is my theory: during the night, your back itched and, half asleep, you scratched yourself. Clip your nails.

Even if your nails are cut very short you could possibly do this to yourself during a dream. If this keeps up you should go see a sleep specialist.

Perhaps you're doing it to yourself somehow in your sleep. Weird things happen when one is asleep
