it will let me on google but not myspace no matter what i try and for some reason i have norton's software free trial but i never asked for it. i want to get to myspace!

parental controls are on so all you have to do is turn it off. And if your computer is new then it would have Internet protection on it . All new computers have a trial of Internet security.

disable norton internet security. if its on the bottom right hand side of your screen on the bar, then right click the symbol. it should say disable norton internet secruty. clikc on that. it will let you on.
