They actually tried, but because of Guiness, they missed.
The Leprechauns were actually tougher than they thought and they got their butts kicked. When those little guys punch, they get you right in the crotch because they are short and nasty little buggers to boot. They got a little confused and smoked some pot and drank some Cuervo Gold, go figure, happy St. Patricks day.
