I heard that people who wear tampons get more intense cramps than people who wear pads... is it true?

Some people it happens and others it doesn't. I personally believe cramps don't depend on the type of product someone uses. I prefer tampons and have never had worst cramps than when i used to use pads. If you do get really bad cramps then just take a pain reliever medicine it really helps!!

I have had times where I cannot wear a tampon because it makes me cramp more. I am pretty aware of my body, so I finally linked it to the tampons. There are other times during which tampons don't affect my cramping one way or another. Just try with or without (I am assuming this might be happening to you?) and see what happens.

From personal experience ---- yes!!! But, there are also periods when regardless of what I use I cramp, tampons aren't that much worse.

Not true. Tampons have no effect.
I actually have less cramping, but not due to tampons. Due to hormones.

Women's cramps are due to their bodies; not their sanitary protection.
