Popups are usually blocked by some kind of internet security software. Are you using any type of virus protection? Also, What internet browser are you using?

"Popup Blocking" ?
You mean you WANT Popups?

Get rid of IE and install Firefox.
When you go to a site that has Popups, Firefox will stop them but give you the option of allowing them for the site you are visiting.

Excellent browser but you DO have to download the "Add-Ons" to let you see things like Quicktime, PDF, Java etc.
Well worth the hassle. Trust me. I´m a DJ..... and a Masseur!

if you have the yahoo tool bar, right click on your popup blocker and select the disable option. of what ever your popup program is.

if you use IE click on tool and tun on Pop up blocker....if not find a free popup blocker in the Web
