Is the game very gory ?if so how?

Ill make this simple for the stupid people .is it violent and or bloody yes or no why and how?

Not really. It's bloody but for the most part, you won't really see guts or people's insides. It deals with a serial killer so yea you can expect violence.

This game has lots of blood everywhere and really disturbing deformed creatures lurking around.
I think it is actually more creepy than gory. There are a lot of action games with more graphic violence than this one, but like all Silent Hill games, The Room is freaky and disturbing.
Play this one with the lights out and you're asking for a change of underwear.
Hmm.... Think I'll reinstall it and play it again tonight...

hell yes its gory. slow to get there. . . but gory.
