No, but be sparing with it. I started to wear makeup at 13 but I only used sheer lip-glosses and mascara. You have you whole life for makeup so while you are young use that to your advantage and hold off on the heavy stuff. Build up the makeup over the years if you feel the need but do not start out wearing so much you look like a clown!

No, I don't think 13 is too young to wear makeup, becuz I started using makeup at age 13 too, it also depends if you wear a lot becuz if you wear a lot people might think you are older than what your real age is. Maybe you can wear like a thin layer of powder/foundation, and a small tint of blush, mascara and clear or light pink lip gloss you will look natural but still chic!:D

i personally dont think it is to young, but if its your first time wearing make up, i would start out with mascara, then work into eye liner, then work in the gloss, and then maybe some eye shadow, but i find eye shadow to be harsh on alot of skin tones, so i wouldnt use it until about a year into using make up because then you will have a little bit of sense of which colors are to harsh on your skin tone. you can use foundation at the very begining as long as you have the right shade. id have your mom, aunt, sister, or some girl who wears makeup alot to help you find your shade.

At the age of 13 I wore, lipgloss, eyeliner, mascarra and foundation. I was only 13 2 years ago so not long ago. Just don't wear it heavy.. use dark colours when you have your social or going out for dinner, special occasions.. Just light stuff to start off with.
Good Luck Darl.

NO WAY!!! i'm 13 and i can't live without my makeup. a 13 yr. old is old enough to experiment with what looks good on them and where funky bright colors without there being anything wrong. they should have fun with their makeup now before they're gonna have to all natural.........ugh! what better age than 13 to do this?

No, not necessarily. A 10 year old girl could wear make up every day and look perfectly fine. It depends on what kind of make-up you use. If you use tons of blush, red lipstick, and tons of eye liner and mascara you will look like a punk kid that wants a lot of attention. If you wear make-up that looks natural you will look very pretty and mature.
