She has been laying on the couch since she threw up the first time. My 13 month old cuddles on the couch all the time. I use lysol and diluted bleach on hard surfaces. We also wash our hands constantly. I am worried about making sure they're NO germs living on the couch so my baby doesn't get sick! I can't use any bleach on it because it's a very dark green! Thanks in advance for the advice!!

Use an AIR sanitizer, THAT is where the germs are more likely to be. Lysol will only sanitize the surface of the couch, but if she is not feeling well you may want ot make sure to get the unscented kind for it.

Steam clean and lysol..not much else you can do besides get another couch.

Actually your younger kid..its not a bad thing for them to be around sick people. It will help build up the younger childs immune system to fight infections.

get some of that new Clorox spray in the blue bottle. The commercial says it is safe to use around kids and food. I would mist it over the sofa.
