what program will help me search usernames on a computer using IP addresses? for example if two sisters use the same computer and go on the same forum but have different usernames how could i figure out how many different user names are being used on one computer?

You cant legally access someones computer to search for a user name, that is against the law..... If you have questions you should contact the owner of the forum to find a solution to your answer.....

Normally in forums you have the register of the IP addresses. When you see a same IP address with 2 or more different usernames you know that that users are from the same computer. But you can not search to their computer by IP address... it is ponished by law.
