I assume that you have a lizard living IN THE HOUSE and you are having issues with the waste staining the wall.
There are several options and actions that can be taken to solve this problem.

1. You could kill the lizard (which is probably some species of Gecko). Geckos are actually harmless (most are, Tokay Geckos get large enough to be hazardous just from size and the strength of their bite). Geckos are nocturnal and are seldom seen in the day time unless disturbed and at night can eat a considerable number of insect pests.

2. You could catch the lizard and relocate it outside.
3. You could remove the hiding place that the lizard is hiding behind (hence the wall stain).
4. Remove the food source (the insects that it eats at night).
5. Ignore the lizard (and reap the benedits of having them work for you).

I was first introduced to Geckos in Vietnam and it amazed me as to how many bugs in one night they could eat (including Malaria carrying mosquitos). When I moved to Texas (USA), I discovered that there were Turkish Geckos (Hemidactylus turcicus) that had adapted (from being imported and released) to the South Texas area. I have captured them and introduced them INTO every home I have had, just to eat bugs that have managed to get into the house, either the native varieties or the pesky German cockroaches that tend to frequent many areas here.

I get those as well, we have lots of them around here. I thought they were cute at first until I have to clean the walls every day and also try and get that smell out!!
Sorry if it offends anyone but I now trap them and release them.
