I got a ?? about the interiort lights ( gear shift)?

Hello I have a 99 firebird trans am formula so the problem where the gears r drive reverse etc.. the lights have went out. Is this a fuse problem or something more serious can I self fix it. thanks

it could be a fuse, but it sounds like the bulb has burn out, you might have to remove or loosen your console to get to it.

i own a shop,and all you have wrong with it is a blown bulb,you can remove the center part of the console by removing the screws from it and get to it to change it,those are easy, the bulb will cost around 2 bucks for a good long life one,good luck,i hope this helps.
