Doctor Frankenstein was a fiction character in a book.
Baron Franken (the name was shortened due to the book)
is German. (Not America, not from the United States.)
Frank Stein is some one I have yet to read about. ( Thanks
for the information. I'll look his ideas up, maybe or maybe not.)
