hormones will do that,,,darken parts of your face...keep your face out of the sun and it might go away. (are you on birth control ??? tell the Dr about the dark patches...they might give you something different.)

OK, so by saying there's no HAIR, do you mean your UPPER LIP.............. or your actual lip??
I'd try using a good lip liner, if it's your actual lip you are referring to, and use a color that matches your skin tone and not your lipstick.
If you're talking about your UPPER LIP AREA (where the hair grows that we have to wax, etc) than you may want to consult a dermatologist to see what is going on. Good luck!
