I Bought A Nice Panasonic att Cell Phone. How Do I Find Out If Its Prepay Or Not? Can I Get It Hooked Up?

You can check the provider and i am sure they will know from the cell phone number if it is prepaid or month by month of course you can change plans with the phone by going into a retailer and asking them to. If there is no phone number attached to the phone then you need to go find a provider and activate it to you liking.

An Att phone is likely a GSM phone, meaning that you can pretty much pop a SIM card in and go. You don't need it activated or anything. If you already have a SIM card, then you can just pop it in, but if you don't you can either
1. Buy a prepaid SIM and put it in the phone
or
2. Buy a monthly plan, where they will give you a SIM and then you pay a certain amount of $ per month. I hope this helped
